Kick'n Kids (Ages 6-10)
Our Super Motivated Student Program excites children about the pursuit of knowledge in school and teaches them the master skill of all success; setting goals. The Super Motivated Student program follows President Obama's vision of "improving education, increasing volunteerism and fighting obesity in children". Through our personal development program, Black Belt Words your child will develop what we proudly call the three S's: Self Confidence, Self Esteem and Self Respect. The Little Warriors is a unique martial arts program that emphasizes street safety, first aid and how to deal with emergencies. These skills along with lessons on self esteem, self reliance, patience and caring for others, are taught in the context of our martial arts class and adds excitement and camaraderie.
Lil' Dragons (Ages 3-5)
Ages three through five are the most important years of your child’s development. Our program, has been professionally developed specifically for preschoolers and teaches them important life skills with an exciting, enriching and age-appropriate curriculum that is always fun. We use a unique concept known as “Edutainment” to teach your child focus, discipline and confidence which are life skills vital to succeed in school, relationships and life.
Teen & Adult Martial Arts
Martial arts training develops character. You will sweat every class while learning valuable lessons in goal setting, teamwork and responsibility. You’ll find within yourself a mental and physical toughness to handle the rigors of everyday living. You’ll gain a mental and physical awareness expressed in an inner peace from the knowledge that you have put forth your best effort. You will attain skills and attitudes that will bring purpose to your life.

Fitness Kickboxing
Fitness Kickboxing is one of the best ways to achieve all your fitness goals. You can burn an amazing 800 calories in this one hour martial arts based workout. It addresses three major training elements to optimal health: Cardiovascular, Strength and Flexibility. It’s a kick butt, sweat pouring, bag slamming, aggression releasing, power punching, workout for the bored with the “spa scene” raging kick boxer deep inside us all!
